This picture was taken at 22-doors back deck after RockNia last Friday night to celebrate what an awesome experience it was. Nothing like kicking back after working your butt off! Those fries tasted soooooo good~!

I love my boys, Everett and Sam. They are such amazing men! Can’t you just feel the love?!

This is Frannie. She’s a WONDERFUL Nia and Yoga instructor and a superb Personal Trainer. She is an ESSENTIAL part of our community of dancers and friends. Fran helps us love and create the space at Dance Underground for our classes.

Fran makes me smile and laugh and I love her very much. I feel warm joy throughout my body when I hear her singing during class and am inspired by how she dances with her whole self. Frannie truly makes the world a better place by BEING in it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FRANNIE! Wish this lovely lady a special day!

Pictured here is my beautiful Mom, for her last sit down breakfast in Seattle for her 2009 vacation.

She will be flying to her home in Port Chester, NY early tomorrow morning! I’ll be driving her to the airport in my purple VW New Beetle!

I am about to go with my Mom and Rachel to drop my sister off at the airport. It has been a great visit with her, but she has lots to do back in San Diego where she lives.

Luckily, my Mom will still be here for a few more days!

She and my beautiful sister, Chrissy, are coming into Seattle tonight for a short visit.

They will both be in class tomorrow, and possibly Wednesday.

It’ll be an Italian family affair! Oh!

Look at the cuties after class…all glowing. It was so much fun doing Nia to an entire routine of Rock music. Mollia did an awesome job! The feedback was that people really loved it.
