Checked out where Taura’s works and then she sent me to go explore on my own. Adventure!
First stop – Grace Church Cathedral to walk the labrinths. Amazing! They have two, one inside and one outside.
Next, lunch at a sunny cafe. This IS the good life!
Got back last night from NY, taught class this morning – good, lots of energy moving. 5:30 PM-ish now, feeling jet-lagged!
Bed early tonight. I’m going DOWN!
Breakfast with my nephews, Jake and Sam, includes coffee, pancakes, and bacon.
Jake is telling me about 8th grade and Sam is the newbee (6th grade) at PCMS (Port Chester Middle School).
Pictured here is Mollia Jensen, the inspiration behind the smash hit, RockNia. She will be Guest Teacher this Sunday, for our “Nia Church” at 1pm, as I’ll be trick-or-treating with my nephews in NY.
On this Day of the Dead – 2009, Molls will take her first heal-lead step into a long, rich, fulfilling, creatively and financially satisfying career as a Nia instructor. This will be her first full-length class.
Come by and dance, sing, celebrate, remember. Because I know Mollia, I know her first class will be soulful, reverent, and off-the-hook hot!
Caitlin is off to Cambodia for 3 years to work in human services for a non-profit organization. She had her last class with me on Wednesday morning.
Let’s imagine her and her partner Teia safety arriving, securing comfortable and convenient housing, and getting starting in their new life with ease.
