Have you noticed the cameraman outside of the Starbucks next to DU?
He was interviewing people about the renovation, and I was there to comment.
Tune into King5 tonight at 5pm &/or 10pm to see if I get featured!

Remember when Girl on a Mission (aka Denise Doughtery) came to film our morning class and followed up with an interview with me?
That show is going to be broadcast on this Sunday at 5:30pm!
Catch it on Comcast 77 (or Broadstripe 23, depending on your cable provider).
It will also be shown online at that time at broadband.scantv.org–click on where it says “Scan is streaming LIVE 24/7 on the web.”
I’m going to be out watching it with my Nia crew at a location TBD.
I would love to have you join us, so email me or reply to this post and I’ll let you know where we’ll be watching.
This is Denise Doherty from Girl on a Mission TV.
On Monday, August 25th, she and her crew will be coming to our morning Nia class to capture our magic on film.
I am so excited to be featured and give my ladies a chance to shine! The energy is gonna be through the roof and I hope you will all be joining me!
Now, what should I wear….?
So, I walk into class today all psyched because I got a shout-out in DailyCandy-Seattle’s 2008 Health and Wellness Guide. I’m ready to gloat to my girl LB (Laura Becker, our Nia M W F Check-in Goddess) only to find out that the salon where she’s an aesthetician (Helle, in Georgetown) was also featured in the same editorial! How simutaneously stylish
From DailyCandy-Seattle July 21, 2008:
Impure Thought
Come clean at a place that doesn’t judge: Georgetown’s Helle Spa (5701c Airport Way South; 206-767-0803). The Your Body Is a Temple detox treatment is a lymphatic dry brush, custom sea salt scrub, bentonite clay wrap, and an aromatic oils finish — to a punk rock serenade.
Exercise Your Demons
A blend of yoga, martial arts, and dance, Dina Innominato’s Nia classes at Dance Underground (340 15th Avenue East) fill up as quickly as you can slip off your shoes. Get in touch with your limbs and find inner grace moving to the beat of your own drum.
Can a get a whup whup!! Go us! Go us! It’s your birthday! OK, Im a little too excited
