Here are a couple Nia class time changes to put into your calendar.
Beginning at the start of November:

• My Friday night classes (first and third Fridays of the month) are moving to 6:30pm.
• Barb Duff’s Tues and Thurs morning classes are moving to 8:00am.

My time change is to help us have extra time at the end of class to cool down, do our hot sweet towel time, and connect. 

This morning I joined thousands across the globe to celebrate the Nia Technique’s 25th birthday with a sunrise meditation.  My heart is truly grateful for all the joy and inspiration Debbie and Carlos have brought into the world and into my life!  Thanks, Nia!
